During any club sanctioned event, there shall be no alcoholic beverages consumed unless specific permission  is obtained prior, from the Club executive.

There shall be no firearms or other offensive weapons carried during any Club event unles prior permission is obtained from both the club Executive and the property owners on which the event will take place.

A 4 point rollbar as approved by the club scrutineer shall be compulsory in all open top or soft top vehicles.

A certified fire extinguisher of the minimum sizes listed below, and a first aid kit will be compulsory in all vehicles during all outings.

Extinguisher sizes:

2.0kg all forest runs

1.5kg all other runs

There shall be mudflaps mounted on the rear of all vehicles.

There shall be approved tow hooks (or towing points) fitted to the front and rear or each vehicle. Such hooks and points are to be fitted with high tensile bolts and be fitted to the approval of the club scrutineer.

Each vehicle shall carry an approved towing strop/rope, in good condition, along with a jck, spade or shovel.
